They also are likely ignorant of the weather control installations in Alaska and Puerto Rico, and several other countries, which heat the ionesphere, changing the jet stream, and thus the weather - government, not citizen caused changes.They refuse to educate themselves. I have a friend out there with whom I have had heated exchanges, as he refuses to think of the UN as other than Pooh Bear sweetness.
