Anyone else refuses to show picture ID for a ny number of things but using a credit card is one very common act. How is it unfair if you investigate every one who hides behind a mask. The only thing unfair was the State Department once again not doing it's job I'm in favor of targeting State Department and Immigration employees for failure to carry out their duty.
