Ex-Spies Say That Clinton’s Illegal Server Triggered Widespread Devastation

Excerpt:
"since Clinton and her illegal, off-site server contained evidence of these beyond-top-secret initiatives, the safest course for the CIA and other agencies is to assume that these efforts were compromised and then to wind them down. Once terminated, these activities stop yielding information that keeps America secure and Americans alive."

As Andrew McCarthy reasoned in his article (posted earlier to the Gulch):
"I was especially unpersuaded by Director Comey’s claim that no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case based on the evidence uncovered by the FBI. To my mind, a reasonable prosecutor would ask: Why did Congress criminalize the mishandling of classified information through gross negligence? The answer, obviously, is to prevent harm to national security. So then the reasonable prosecutor asks: Was the statute clearly violated, and if yes, is it likely that Mrs. Clinton’s conduct caused harm to national security? If those two questions are answered in the affirmative, I believe many, if not most, reasonable prosecutors would feel obliged to bring the case."

The FBI clearly did not follow the rule of law in this case, and the FBI Director Comey should be prosecuted for gross negligence in addition to prosecuting Hillary Clinton.

The widespread consequences of just one classified document could wreak havoc within our intelligence gathering services, requiring the re-assignment of agents world-wide, the dropping of actions, the re-locating of listening, filming and spying devices and hopefully the protecting of the undercover people all over the world. I'm sure that her negligence will have repercussions that will put our intelligence gathering in a shambles that will take years to put back in place, if ever.

This morning the Dems are turning this whole fiasco around and making it look like some sort of Republican witch hunt. The problem being that our representatives are either complicit in this or sitting back and just letting it happen. I believe it would behoove us to take some time out of our busy lives and write our representatives to let them know how we feel, as Len W. did here:

Ignore the typos, they actually help express his anger of what is happening to our country. I plan to write all of my representatives using Len's letter as a guideline..

You hit the enter key just a few seconds before I did on this comment:

Maybe Donnie could propose building a wall around the NY to DC corridor after disconnecting the utilities and the links to WMDs.

They should be tried for treason, then eviscerated and hung by their own entrails, right on the steps of the Capitol Building, for everyone to see.

Oh, but we're really talking only about Princess Hillary, who is so-o spe-ciiaaal for being in line for her coronation as ruler of all the Progressive elite.
And she was also First Lady for eight whole years, don't ya know?
Eight whole years despite the fact that her darlin' Billy got his silly self impeached.
Oh, that was so funny. Darlin' Billy thought so.

Disgusting example of Government corruption in the now-exposed oligarchy we have.

Take the blindfold off the Justice Statute immediately!

Or that the POTUS was fine with it.

The damage to Hillary on this needs to be that the little people are held to a higher standard.

The statement before Congress today by Comey was essentially that Clinton didn't understand the classification system, or email systems. She had several email systems of her own, but ignorance is her claim apparently.

I wonder why people dont see that. He protected only himself and his political career.

I love the whole "stand with me" slogan Hillary uses. It should be she would "stand with us" . Her slogan actually tells us where she is at. Its all about Hillary and her cronies.

So such unethical, near treasonous behavior is unacceptable for an FBI employee, but perfectly fine for the President of the United States. Using Obama as an example?

The Clinton Foundation has received at least $200 million from donors for everything ranging from negotiating the foreign takeover of uranium holdings to preferential trade treatment to the favorable dismissal of trade sanctions. Hillary is a foreign national's best friend, because she comes with a price tag.

The false premise 'nothing can be changed.' The change that can be made is not putting someone in charge who has shown they are incapable of making good choices or even accepting responsibility for their actions.

I cannot apply that reason to the opponent and come up with a diifferent answer.

Thee is no reset button in real life.

The real issue is WHY she did this. Its obvious to me she wanted to hide what she was doing from the american people. She was afraid of political blowback from what she wrote in those emails. She is a modern day reincarnation of Nixon and watergate.

The dems today were citing the little transvestite, Julian Assange, etc., as some kind of example of gross negligence- but that is incorrect - that is criminal intent. Gross negligence is doing the same thing and not giving a shit about it.

I also liked Comey's comment today that someone in the FBI mishandling information would lose their security clearance and likely be fired.

"what difference does it make now" would be her retort. then she would say lets get beyond this since it is history and nothing can be changed.
and this is the demos best choice to run for pres.
when I see toddlers I can only imagine that they will live here as they do currently in Africa someday.

You want intent? Knowingly acting as a foreign agent after repeated warnings from her own staff?

Who needs an intelligence service when you got Hillary working for you for free.

At least we think it was for free.

Did Hillary ever do anything for free

Did the Clinton Foundation receive donations from other countries?

    or George Soros?

There is, but not when they run the government. Arresting this behavior is a long term project of intellectually reforming enough of the public culture so that it is no longer tolerated.
