Greetings from Occupied Europe

Never has Rand's philosophy been so in need of consideration than in today's Europe. Where we once had prosperity and innovation, now we are the subject of a multiple-layer government with the European Union (precursor to world government) at the top.
We were fooled by the promise of a free trade bloc, and ended up with a customs union which now wants to be a tax union and political union. Switzerland is one of two or three beacons of hope in the land of what is now called the EUSSR.
I'm a database admin (DBA) living in Geneva and trying to spread the word, but it'd be a great boon if you could get this movie into the occupied nations.

Thanks for writing.
I wish you all of the best and realize there are many people who still believe in fundamental values, that built our nation.

Looks like I'm not the only one in the EUSSR that is non-conformist after all ;-) I'm English, currently living in the UK (although I did live just outside Geneva many years ago) and can totally relate to what you say. In reality there is pretty much zero chance of the movie showing in Europe. 99% of people I've talked to about Atlas and Objectivism (although I'm still learning myself) think I'm living on another planet, and for sure that's exactly how it feels most of the time. Europe is socialist and it's only going to get worse. In case no-one's noticed, there's huge pressure on our tiny island at the moment in terms of our membership of the EU, with the majority of nationals wanting an in/out referendum, which our government deems is not in 'our best interests' and for which there is a huge amount of propaganda spouted about how awful it would be if we left. If you don't want to be part of this EUSSR you're called a 'Little Englander'. Well, bring it on I say.
(You comprehend.)
I live in Geneva myself. I thought I'm alone here. :) Things are changing for the worse in Switzerland.
If you want to meet over some coffee, let me know.
