Does anyone else notice the similarity between this XO and the speech at Harmony City? They both say nothing in a most important way. They both mean absolutely nothing to anyone, except as another attempt to expand the executive branch power base. They both pretend to be wonderful news and the media pretend to cover it the same way. They both get the same result from the sheeple--glazed eyes and more hopelessness...

One thing that jumps out at me is his capitalization of "government" and "administration".

100% campaign bs and it worked. "O" got elected because the sheeple believed him.

Efficient, effective & accountable should never be used in the same sentence as government. Impossible task. I am not an advocate of anarchy because I think we need a very limited government but I think anarchy would be more efficient, effective & accountable than what we have for government at this time. :)
