Final Score:

Why the asterisk? Because that "finalized" number is based upon Hillary's emails that did not include any of the 32,000 messages she and her lawyers unilaterally deleted with no oversight. She has claimed that all of the emails she failed to produce were unrelated to official business. We know for a fact that this is not true, based on emails discovered by the Pentagon, as well as work-related missives that turned up when Sidney Blumethal's private emails were hacked. So she lied about that, as she's lied about so many things pertaining to this national security-compromising scandal. That (important) caveat aside, the State Department has determined that more than 2,000 emails on Mrs. Clinton's unsecure, improper server were classified.

Many of these emails were low-level and retroactively classified, still a far cry from her categorical, false "there is no classified material" assertion last March. But there were dozens of emails designated as secret, top secret and even above top secret -- allegedly covering extremely sensitive topics from the Iran nuclear negotiations, to North Korean nuclear weapons, to the identities of foreign nationals on the CIA's payroll. Bottom line figures, tallied by the RNC:

Clinton and her defenders have claimed that none of these messages were "marked classified" at the time, which is legally irrelevant. Intelligence and classification experts say highly secretive material is "born" classified, and that US officials are trained to recognize and protect such information. Mrs. Clinton signed a binding nondisclosure agreement to that effect upon taking office, swearing to safeguard secret information, regardless of markings:

The bootleg email server violated "clear cut" State Department rules, which has been affirmed by a Bill Clinton-appointed federal judge. It was woefully under-protected, so much so that several high-ranking members of the Obama administration have concluded that its contents were accessed by foreign governments. Clinton maintained her national security-endangering scheme even after she was specifically and personally warned that foreign hackers were seeking to penetrate classified secrets by exploiting American officials' private email accounts. Various attempts at spin and misdirection from Clintonworld have failed under scrutiny. The FBI's ongoing and expanded criminal investigation into the matter remains underway. Conservative research group America Rising notes that the latest tranche of emails includes classified information about enemy missile launches, US drone strikes in Pakistan and Americans operating abroad. It also includes a fully-redacted email between Clinton and John Kerry, who has said he knew nothing of her secret server.

As they've done in the past, Team Clinton is trying to deflect from this scandal by assailing the integrity of the Intelligence Community's Inspector General, who was appointed by President Obama and confirmed unanimously by the Senate. Meanwhile, the opacity-addicted and scandal-plagued continues to refuse to release the transcripts of speeches she delivered to Wall Street firms, despite some of her outlandish claims about what she told them. The pressure for her to do so ramping up via television ads and barbs from her Socialist opponent:

But wait! Theres more and really since the election this is like Part 6

I agree and lately it's almost one every week if not one everyday. Criminality and Carelessness to the point of boredom becoming business an usual and normally accepted? It's transparent and almost like advertising. Crooked Government Is US or is it ce'st moi?

The list is long and varied. Your addition is notable and I'm sure we could come up with at least another dozen shortly.

as a trained professional classification expert in my
nuclear weapons career, I can tell you that all she
had to do was hint at work decisions and activities
to go classified. . her guilt is beyond reproach. -- j

Where's the connection. On the one hand she talks about one thing then on the other hand talka about another. Hillary you stupid twit. Check out his wife';s names of course he had contact with the Russians. The question is did he take money from them while in in public office. Evil vs. Flawed? no this time not even lgihtly dimly scratched. Besides may of thos investors lost their ass thanks to usinig Hillary as an investment adviser. No matter her fee her only experience was Tysons investing in her name for her and betting both ways assigning all the winners to Hillary. Guess who got the contracxt to supply eggs etc to all the military forts and bases. One case that was so transparent the investment items fit thie icture perfectly. Pork Bellies.

That is a very good analysis of the hillary supporters. I had not thought of them that way. She has a lot of power mongers on her side and she offers to share power with them if they "stand with her" as she advertises. Cronyism at its best.

Interesting enough, I didnt really get that upset with the bernie people. They DID seem to be idiots who just didnt know and understand. Bernie on the other hand is a definite power monger as he is kissing the ass of Hillary now that she won the nomination. No wonder his supporters are pissed off- he abandoned them.

I put Hillary supporters in two categories: the useful idiots and the collaborative power-mongers. There are an over-abundance of useful idiots, not the least of which are BLM, Occupy Wall Street (Bernie's crowd), the illegals, welfare addicts, and abortion supporters. Then there are the collaborative power-mongers like the Loretta Lynches, Huma Abedins, Debbie Wasserman Shultzes and Koskinens. They want in on the action and the chance to grab a piece of the power-and-money-pie.

The ones we can try to affect are the useful idiots. We can try to educate them. In the end, however, it's up to them to either remain a useful idiot or to decide that their individual rights are important.

And THAT should be enough to keep people from electing her president. I wonder how her supporters are ignoring all this ????

I can just imagine some smart-aleck in the FBI responding to the DNC by saying "Does it matter whether or not they are incriminating voice mails or emails? At this point, what difference does it make?" ;)

Something that no one has seemed to mention: She has deleted 30K emails plus. I know she was Sec. of State, but 30K deleted and more? Did she answer them? Did her staff answer them? Did she even read them or at least the ones marked classified? If she didn't know there were classified emails was she reading them at all? Or was she only doing those things which would give her a photo op? This woman is so crooked that they'll never get a casket that will fit.

Why did she try to hide things? That's easy. She doesn't want people to know that she is a lying, murdering, conniving, back-stabbing, fraudulent, [insert several more pejoratives]. She's as immoral as they come.

Lol. What drove me nuts about that whole kerfuffle is that the Dems were told months ago their systems weren't secure yet did nothing about it. And the fact that the DNC is a private organization - not a governmental one - so a hack wouldn't qualify as either governmental espionage or treason. Oh, and there's the little problem that when the FBI asked to investigate the DNC promptly told them no...

A long-standing, perfect example of a "Washington Insider" argument Trump and Johnson need to use.

I'm just not sure Trump is doing anything to analyze his situation and win. His foolish primary behavior continues, as he alienates more people. He has a perfect opportunity to skewer Hillary and all Washington insiders. He could just point to the movie Idiocracy, ask people how they can even think of giving more money to a government full of people like this, etc, etc, but he just wanders around chest-beating, like a drunken sailor.

I'm beginning to think he did this just to embarrass the republicans, and get reimbursed by the Clintons for his "...contributions to the public good by highlighting important issues in his campaign."

The dim Dems would have us believe that is is treason for the Trumpster to request that the Russians share Shillary's hacked emails.
At this point what difference does it make?

Frankly I care less about what was on those emails really at this point. They were hacked probably by the Russians, so all the info is out there. If the Russians have it, PLEASE SEND IT OVER AS I WANT TO SEE WHAT SHE HID FROM US. NOW I AM CURIOUS.

The real issue is WHY she tried to hide what she was doing from the american people while she was supposedly representing us. THAT is enough for me to not vote for her by itself. What would she do as president ? Hide everything so no one could find out and criticize her? Thats not going to fly well.

As to foreign policy, what foreign leader would trust her? That is bad when some of them have THEIR fingers on the button. Best to be totally honest with foreign powers (and everyone really) so that when you talk, they actually listen.

That was made up using true facts and statistics. Fact is the immigration rate is slowing What does it cost for a passport? About one months wages before taxes and living expenses for each family membeer - or more. What does it cost to become skilled. First stumbling block for many is university and tech school preparation which follows secondaria or high school $225 to register and $45 a month that's 4000 pesos to attend and 800 a month t attend when one family member working is 1100 pesos per week. Completion gets you into tech school or university studies. They really train their people th term for a graduatre is licenciado meaning licensed to ..baker or teacher or office worker or beyond but they run two cycles a day of students and don't waste time on frills. English at the prepa phase is required. In the USA we don't even require English in an english speaking country.

Anyway that's one area where we expats help out a lot and the million or so USA citizens who live at least six months a year in Mexico. Cost of living in USM is 40% of that in the USA so a reverse immigration of sorts is building not just with Mexicanos going back south but with USA citizens going south. How many illegals and legals work stoop labor in the fields. About 5% runing mechanised equipment but legal or illegal are they getting paid the same even IF you can find welfare addicts who want to work. Sorry I tend to get on a soap box but there is room for a well prepared debater to throw a lot of darts asnd daggers and Trump doesn't mind interrupting.

tid bits Why does he have an interest in russia? Duuuh check out his wife and former wife's names. How many investigations for security violations and handling of foundation funds violationsfor Trump? Zero.

repetititon. No matter what is brought up tie it to economics or FBI or which ever subject is the KEY issue Assume a two minute answer. 30 seconds mayvbe 60 second segue and 90 to 60 seconds on the answer. How do you see the national debt. Serious issue made worse by our system of taxation which needs to be paid off and replaced with a consumer oriented tax which gives the citizen consumer control of how much they are taxed by their own spending choices.but we can't keep repudiating the debt on the backs of the elderly and retirees and unfunded retirement programs. That would take some careful thought and planning but it can be done and really after the results we've seen from the failed socialist system of non economics do o we have a choice?

Which leaves it wide open for continued discussion or blatant ignoring.

So assume something like ...I don't see it failing it brings in most of the operating expenses of the government and what's more interesting is it wouldn't take that much extra to stimulate by investing in free education

only thing interesting is much more money is going to be withdrawn from the economy unavailable to be used for anything but debt service and never the principal being paid and a disproportionate share of the load piled on the elderly and retirees through more inflation, devaluationa and debt repudiation I mean how come when we cut the value of their hard earned retirement fund it isn't included in COLA? Why are we killing our seniors and hey isn't walmart great for giving them the 20 extra hours a week they need to make ends meet.

and my opponent wants to build a wall on our southern border .

figuratively speaking their already is a wall built by our lack of sound immigration policy, a decent bracero and green card program and treating los vecinos like neighbors and vecinos distante no mas. The whole reason for mentioning a wall is the wall is already in place in our current governments mind but as a result it's an economic disaster with a disproportionate share of the cost paid for by our own working class citizens in federal, local, school taxes and medical costs while the Justice Department ignores those who contribute to crime rate and a long as immigration policy is not cleaned up our vecinos will remain distante do you know the country I'm referring to?

    Why Mexico of course

NO have some respect it's the United States of 'Mexicanos every school child south of the border knows the name of our country but do ours know their name or that there are three United States of in the western hemisphere. Two things hamper the effort in a very expensive immigration policy but if we can bringin 55,000 unvetted middle easterners can we not bring in 110,000 of our vecinos who actually do work for a living and let them openly join us. Tell me what is the annual allowable and what are the restrictions besides an emphasis on highly skilled labor and can we not work with the Government of the United States of Mexico to reduce the cost of passports and visas to an affordable rate for the Mexican worker and his or her family? The present system costs us too much and we can't afford it anymore. Vecinos Distante no Mas. What have i done to make change. My businesses employ x number of people I've instructed them to ...

FBI, " under her thumb". (4 terms from falconry).
With justice and enforcement " wrapped around her finger" . A"hoodwinked" public .The rest of us are "fed up".
It will be telling during the debate how or if the issue is brought up by Trump.
    "What difference does it make".
Bal- chatri is what we need to make a difference.
What will work for the bait?

I worked a a DoD Civilian and a Defense contractor with either Secret or TS-SAP clearance for 30 years. I I had had even one of the TS-SAP documents in my house, no matter how well protected I would be in Leavenworth federal prison just hoping to catch a glimpse of sunlight.
She has several (actual count unknown and probably unknowable unless the hackers give them to us) and she is running for President with a reasonable chance of winning.
    May God save this country.
