Did anyone bother to count the number of mistakes made in this review. Perhaps I should just count the number of sentences not containig mistakes, distortions or just plain stupidness.
Another review that says, "I don't like the message of this movie, and you the public are not smart enough to watch this without being awakened by it. So it is my duty to pervert the message (without a word on whether its a good film.)"
Oh my gosh! A Gannett Company doesn't like Ayn Rand. LOL, sorry, just kidding. I have tremendous trouble with the Gannett paper in my home town so this doesn't surprise me. What does however is that they keep recycling the same reviews. Such as:
"Samantha Mathis is Dagny Taggart this time round, another heiress who acts as if she “built” the railroad that was her inheritance. She fumes and fools around with Henry Rearden (Jason Beghe), the OSHA-and-EPA-ignoring steel magnate who is hellbent on keeping his “miracle metal” out of the hands of the government."
I can't say how many times now from who knows how many papers read the same review with the exact same words. It's the company line.
That's what they do when they can't answer the truth. But just like the case with Ayn Rand, people respect those who stick to their guns, and that is the case with ASP2. They hate the message, and the people who try to advance it.
