Bet you never heard This in the lamestream...like the serpent coiled in a circle appearing to devour itself... NASA, (the beast) rats on itself.

PS. http://suspicious0bservers.org has suspected this for quite a while...even before 2013.

I'm just getting to a chapter that will tie that in, in the latest book on the progress of Jaynes's work.
But it should be easy to understand that in order to have empathy one must at least imagine the experience of others if not have experienced that situation themselves. So yes that would be included in the introspection category. We might also see this as an evolution in mutuality and also the evolution of the emotion now expressed as love. We, as a species, still haven't reached the epitome of that emotion yet...despite the rhetoric of the times.

I should also note that the ability to introspect didn't happen to all at the same time. Yes there was a time when the masses were effected but some others experience introspection way ahead of the pack. We see the same thing to day...examples given in "Spiral Dynamics" being, .01% of western society has entered the second tier of conscious thought, behavior and world view...Willbur expresses these two levels, like the other levels; as a meme of being able to recognize the meme's of others and being able to speak their language, "so to speak."

    Does that answer your question?

A way off topic if I may. I keep forgetting to ask you of the bicameral mind knowledge, when did empathy enter the picture. It seems like awareness of empathy in relation to others must be necessary for one to even consider to move toward any kind of human or other animal values with regard to ones self, though the awareness of self must come first and maybe empathy close behind.

CO2 is a natural part of the earth's cycle been around a few million years probably. Mother earth always has a way of keeping things in balance to the degree deemed necessary by mother earth. If it means killing off a few tree huggers so be it.

I have an Englishman in the wood pile...not a very good one though, although his son married the daughter of a good one called Daniel Webster...that's probably where I get my word creating abilities from.

I'm also a quarter Irish born on St. Patrick's Day.
On that day I'm pure Irish and wear green.
I've been told that the rest of me ain't all that French for those ancestors being long ago being run out of Canada by the Brits.
All I further know about that is my maternal grandfather looked very French--as French looking as Charles de Gaulle.

CO2 is a "greenhouse" gas. I've seen it used in greenhouses to promote plant growth. Its well known that areas with vegetation cover are cooler than bare land. Rain forests are cooler than deserts. Higher CO2 levels generate more plant growth. The average temp in Palm Springs dropped by several degrees after people moved into the area, planted landscaping and built golf courses. Science is supposed to be based on objective observation, not speculative hypotheses and computer models. And then there is paleo-climatology, actual science that pretty much disproves all arguments for human caused climate change and reverses CO2 cause and effect relative to atmospheric temperature. Fraud or error? I know which one I pick.

Sounds interesting to this old ugly crazy, irrational, unbalanced, non-conspiracy theorist, that has somehow awakened over 120,000 sheeple on his first try.

Sorry, I messed that up. I should have just left it as 0.05 x 1366 W/m^2 = 68.3 Watts per square meter which still would mean an extremely cold Earth.
Here is a good 80 page review of the "Slaying the Sky Dragon" book.
James Hansen left NASA'S GISS in 2013 after, most likely doing a lot of mischief.

When gov. and Sci. try to baffle us with bull crap...you can always count on other Sci. to buffalo them right back with more accurate bull crap.

Carbon Di. following temps is an indication the earth has a working thermostat that apparently works much better than the one in my office at work.

    Of course it's not the whole story;
whether it's a worthy greenhouse gas to be considered at .03% is not my job...the idiots brought it up so it Up to us to shove it back down.

It's all BS. Every last bit of it. Climate does what it wants to do, period end of story.

LOL, As long as it's done in the Spring when it wouldn't be as cold. Oh, wait, there would be no spring in an ice age. Guess that sheering would not be an option.
