The scene with Jeff Allen was one of the best in Part II, all things considered perhaps the single best.

"He is also a talented sculptor and is responsible for many limited-issue plastic model kits over the last twenty years. His favorite subject appears to be classic movie monsters in the style of the Aurora kits of the early 1960s." Jeff Yagher has a long filmography. See here:

You get about the same list if you click "Make-Up Department." It is one of his other specialties. Here o IMDB, he cites his parents' taking him to see the original Frankenstein. That, he said, got him into acting. I read elsewhere that the make-up in the movie also motivated his interest. I would not be surprised if he did his own for the role of Jeff Allen.

He could play just about any role in Atlas III, even Dagny: in "My Fellow Americans" (1999) he played a gay secret service agent dressed up as "Dorothy" from the "Wizard of Oz."
