The scene with Jeff Allen was one of the best in Part II, all things considered perhaps the single best.

That, he said, got him into acting. I read elsewhere that the make-up in the movie also motivated his interest. I would not be surprised if he did his own for the role of Jeff Allen.
He could play just about any role in Atlas III, even Dagny: in "My Fellow Americans" (1999) he played a gay secret service agent dressed up as "Dorothy" from the "Wizard of Oz."
