Rape as a tool for control - just not the way you think

This is just so absolutely abhorrent that it makes me sick. The Administration is making laws regarding the prosecution of rape on college campuses so intentionally vague that colleges are forced to hire ex-Justice Department lawyers to help them understand the laws for prosecuting such cases.

The Democrats complain about a "war on women" all while using them as the most degraded of tools to bring about more control. This is beyond the pale and should so affront any decent human as to demand a change of the guard.

The key point is in the last sentence, it is the old story, a law has the effect of encouraging a growth industry for insiders (cronies). Mass support comes from an appeal to (false) altruism.

" .. the rules set .... are so vague, complex, and arbitrarily enforced that nearly the only way to understand them—let alone avoid running afoul of them—is to hire as a guide a former official with the relationships and knowledge developed while working for the government. "

Rand gives us this in AS and it is described at length in Orwell's 1984.
