It is so ridiculous. I remember when Coke wanted to integrate it 's Indian operation back into the US based company, the way our laws are set up there would have been a huge tax penalty for doing that. Basically we are so unfriendly to companies from a tax perspective we even slap them away with fines for trying to come back to US soil. They don 't seem to care about the loss in revenue (I hate that word for taxes) or they are financially stupid or both.
