    I doubt Obama has ever read a history book. If this piece was presented to him we would get the "deer in the healight" look as he hands it off to a staffer for review.
    The "gods" must be greatly amused and wonder "will humans ever learn?" I'll bet they have wagers on the outcome. History just keeps repeating itself.

    It feels like 70 B.C. and nothing has changed. The elites are only phased by slave revolt... As long as they have the ear of the government which controls the armed forces what do they care about the slaves? Or 64 A.D. Nero fiddles while Rome burns... Must humanity repeat the mistakes of the past and learn nothing?
