In the 70's the CIA coined the term conspiracy theorist to discredit the analysis of Kennedy's assassination . It was very effective. The brainwashed masses react to discussion of the evil ulterior motives of these same connected "fallen idiots" (as OUC would say,) by closing or rolling their eyes.

Back in the 70s, Kissinger (per "Rockefeller Files") said if they could get control of oil, banking and food, they would soon have one world government. Obviously, people were more aware then and it did not happen as scheduled. Now, they have thrown weather into the mix, perhaps with a hope for that ultimate mind control, and they are using these weather modification methods as well. They want control, whatever it takes.

While in office, Obama set up wto mortgage refinance programs, oddly naming one HAMP and the other HARP, taking the heat off the weather control programs of same or similar names.
In our case, HAMP stands for Hurricane Aerosol Microphysics Program. The basics is that they release via aerosol from jets, chemicals which can supposedly reroute hurricanes. In 2012, Obama wanted Homeland Security to make that happen.
HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, ofunded in 1993, using the studies of Tesla from years earlier. Obama said the installation in Alaska had been shut down, but it wsa actually taken down while new contracted players were put in place, it is still running, but some of the equipment was moved to a base in Puerto Rico, where it operates. You can find information and even photos of HAARP clouds online, but be aware that the government sites are not what you want. Somewhere I have a book with all the patents for the project. I also found on Amazon "Angels Don't Play This HAARP"; "Weather Warfare" and HAARP:The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy". The installations send radio waves into the ionosphere, heating it and bending the jet stream. There is some controversy that mind control was the ultimate goal of the military. I know one former military man who was at the Alaska installation. Jesse Ventura went there, but was not admitted, when he went to DC, Congressmen scurried for their offices and closed the doors when he asked about HAARP. When I asked my Congressman how much of our tax dollars went for the project, he turned pale, and changed the subject. However, I did find a video online of a Congressional committee which was discussing, not only HAARP, but similar facilitiess in Britain, Russia and eastern Europe, which they put at about 52 in all, all messing with our weather.
Now I hear our government is sending crushed clay and ice pellets into the atmosphere, to lower our temperature, and it said to expect new and weird cloud formations from that. They are calling it a way to lower global warming, which has not been happening in the last 17 years! I think it will lead to more wather instability. This is a different government agency, some geological agency. Hope this helps.

Congress once passed legislation HAARP could not target US citizens, but it has. Now this newest endeavor will be used to change our weather. I remember seeing HAARP clouds over our WalMart just a couple hours before one of the worst storms we have had in years. Full grown pines taken down. The whole sky was filled with perfectly identical rectangular clouds, in perfect rows, row after row, also evenly spaced. When I got out of the car and looked up, I was horrified, I knew what they were and that bad was about to happen. It was at a time Obama was angry at our state.

If they really believe in CO2 warming they should be able to be toasty.

This is like going from HAMP 101 to Hamp 201! I remember they were experimenting with HAMP during Obama, who expressed a desire to move hurricanes. Shortly after I read that , a couple months, New Jersey got slammed. I do not want cooling, we just got moved into a wrmer growing zone last year, now this will kill off my new plants, and cost more for heating in the winter. There really should be a law against the meddling of these idiots.

I grew up around airplanes and am a pilot. My earliest memory is of sitting in my dad's Aircoupe and staring at the dials over my little, white leather shoes - haha. I agree that it's different. I still remember reading about Obama inquiring if they could move hurricane. The jets were up around the time the hurricane moved inland along New Jersey. I always had the feeling Christie was afraid of Obama after that, and nearly hugged him when he came to view the destruction - all after a past of much bad blood. Just saying ......

They have messing with the ionosphere for years with HAARP, both in Alaska and Puerto Rico. Heating the atmosphere, bending eh jet stream, tampering with no real idea what damage they were causing, I hope. I would hate to think all this was intentional.
