AJ, so long as these individuals can control the ballot boxes by handouts and subsidies, I don't think much can be done. It will take a solid front of at least 65-70% of the American voting public to override the polling place chicanery of the Left. Yes, we need to get rid of them. Yes, recall would be the lesser avenue., Trials for treason would be problematical because of the high bar which you would need to prove it. Witness Jane Fonda in North Viet Nam. Part of the definition of treason is "giving aid and comfort to the enemy". What she did fit the definition but due to her 'pull', she was able to have it quashed. Even Obama, by giving arms to the Syrian resistance which has a large Al-Quaeda presence, could be defined as treasonous because of giving aid (weapons) to the enemies of the US. But proving it i9n trial before the Senate, when a 60 vote majority is needed, would be as foolhardy as the impeachment trial of Bill Clinton. Then there is the problem of filing charges, and holding trial, of the lawmakers whose very attitude decries they are above any law ascribed to us mere hoi-polio. No, treason is quixotic, at best. The ballot box is the way to go but be prepared to have an extremely dirty fight as they try to preserve themselves in office.
