For example, you could put something like this in the desert where there is little water. There is so little humidity, that you'd better spend the energy created bringing in water from somewhere else. Or, like Sam Kinison said: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0q4o... .

Thanks for the post. With regard to the table of cash, One can only imagine how the heads are spinning trying to figure an effective tax and the global warming effect we will be causing by lowering the humidity . Sarcastically , with out humor but as a prophesy. Alas the last thing the environazi's want is for a lot of people to have fresh water.
