this is kinda misleading. But the article is interesting. The intention was to make Big Business pay. OOps! everyone will pay. oh, except those 47ers

    it seems odd. like some homogenous program that promised it would figure out all the new taxes and charge your customers the appropriate percents for each. The only rhyme or reason to which things are taxed is how much will it bring in

    Yeah...a glitch... programmed by a human..who was probably farting around out of boredom and forgot to UNprogram it. Something's fishy and I'd like to know HOW that happened.
