I think they should have to register those boobs before they can open carry them. They're sad enough concealed. Wouldn't you think most states would have laws against open boobs? Are they not breaking the law? That's our biggest problem today, we break the laws we have and no one cares, so we need more laws to break?

There was a little boy whose parents both worked and was taken care of by a nanny. He was around 4 years old and was inclined to take out his penis now and then and parade up the block with it. While ia am an open carry supporter, some of them have gotten a bit annoying. On the blobs thing they usually fall under decency laws. I am also from Milwaukee where those were found to be unconstitutional like 13 years ago. Granted in Milwaukee there are the 6 months where you only see snow.

Maybe they should present it as a ballot initiative to decide whether we want topless women and people carrying guns. You can't mix and match. You must say yes or no to both issues. Open carry would have broad support.
