We need a new congress. They have abdicated all responsibility. They have routinely allowed bureaucrats and the executive branch to make law instead of enforcing their legislation. They seem to be impotent at reining in these petty tyrants. I am with Mimi, this makes me sick!

I am afraid you may be correct. It does seem as though the ignorant masses will require a serious blow to the brain pan before they recognize the folly... Not enough people are aware or care until it happens to them.

It's a case of follow the money. Since we are being over regulated and banned, then there should be a ban on all lobbyists and the gravy train derails, and the campaign bucks dry up. Then maybe we can get rid of these guys.

I applaud them and want to see more and from more departments. Most people agree that we're over-regulated. We need a lot more examples of self-important bureaucrats pushing regulations to their most absurd limits, and we need them on the front page and as the lead story, to convince most people to do something about it.

Good thought on the gummit. It's a dead cert that if it works the gummit will break it.

Maybe we should spell it 'gummit', as that's what they seem to do to everything, gummit up.
