Well, it's started. A friend of mine who escaped Castro was told my her doctor of 45 years that he couldn't discuss anything outside of the reason for her visit. She will have to schedule another appointment to bring up any new concern. She could not help but be stuck by the irony of leaving one dictatorship for another in the making.
