    No problem with it being in English since English is the main language used in government in Kenya.

    I heard on the radio some time ago some guy is suing to have his age changed. (yup, no typo, his AGE!) It seems he's not doing very well on some internet dating site as a 70-yar-old, so he wants to be 50 again. He IDENTIFIES as 50 - so let it be so... I'd like to see him sue when he dies. He'll claim, "But I IDENTIFY as one of the LIVING!" Reality doesn't seem to matter too much to some people - until it BITES!

    First, it bothers me that it is in English, and the date format is US (MM/DD not European DD/MM).
    So that immediately draws things into question, I don't know enough to know their cultural norms, but NEVER assume they match ours, we do things strangely.

    Second, it does NOT matter where you are born, if you are born to a US Citizen, your children are considered citizens. Now, does that make them NATURAL BORN? Not sure.

    Finally, the real issue is. If your parents forfeited your citizenship to give you a NEW citizenship (due to exclusivity requirements), does that make you a PERMANENT Non-Citizen, or can YOU reclaim this position?

    Because Little BHO was a citizen of another country that I believe did not have dual citizenship allowances. THAT, to me, was the issue. Not that he wasn't born here (unless Natural Born requires that).

    But these lawyers make INTRASTATE=INTERSTATE so, there is no wording they could not get around!

    Maybe because he was able to just go down to the local hall of records and requested a copy....which is something a reporter would do if he was actually interested in journalism.

    Just to add, the one I remember most was when he popped up in right profile as the German soldier saying "Very Interesting, but stupid" and was immediately followed by a left profile Japanese soldier saying "Round eyed iriot!"
