"Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed the "heartbeat" bill into law Tuesday morning.
Kemp kept his campaign promise in signing the bill, HB 481, technically called the "Living Infants Fairness and Equality (LIFE) Act," that will prohibit abortions in the state after a heartbeat is detected, as early as six weeks into a pregnancy. The law allows exceptions in the case of rape, incest, or if the life of the mother is in danger."
Given the state of technology I'm not sure the detecting a heart beat is the correct cut off point. but I know third trimester is too late. I just don't know the correct point is. I'm not sure anyone cn point to a time in a pregnancy and say "This is the point of No Return."

As I recall, Roe v Wade didn't approve of abortion. The decision was to leave the issue to the various states to decide. My point being, the Mueller Report is akin to that decision. People will believe what they want to believe. These fanatics believe they are right. 'Don't confuse me with facts, my mind is made up.' That's their mantra!

The correct cut-off point for abortion is a point where pro-choice and pro-life can mostly agree thereby ending this 50 year fight. The fight over abortion must end to stop the bleeding of the USA. It's like a gangrenous wound that slowly eats away at our Republic one limb at a time.

Given the statements by the Virginia governor I would say most Dems don't have a clue about that. A baby born alive can be made confortable and left to die? How long do the doctors wait to declare them dead? ther is a story of a new born being left on a garbag can with umbilical still attached found alive and is still living? It could take a newbi a considerable time to pass away naturally. Are they going to wait or will the do as that abortionist in Philadelphia did and "snip the Neck".
    They make me sick.

Sign of sanity. Good to know that there are still Governors not swayed by the left's demented "interpretation" of when life begins.
