The problem may be that these individuals are not always driven by sex as by the need for domination over their victims. In that case, castration of any kind would be useless.

What the criminal justice system fails/refuses to understand is that it's a life sentence for the victims.
Oh, you can go through therapy, but that can only restore you so far. You're never a whole person again. You're broken, for life.

One telling thing about the left is their persistence in defending pedophiles. Child molesters are the most incorrigible criminals, and are detested by other criminals. It appears the Oklahoma Bureau of Prisons took advantage of this when they assigned an inmate with a record of multiple homicide convictions as the cellmate of a child rapist-murderer. The child molester was beaten to death within a few days.

I still don't understand why membership in the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) isn't a criminal offense. That organization promotes adult-child sexual relations (both sexes) as normal and healthy.

A female officer among us told us what she would like to do to that cur. She would cuff his hands behind his back, hung him upside-down naked under a pulley and lower the rope to bang his head against the concrete floor until she finally felt like cutting off his penis, leaving him to bleed out. His severed penis would be all his family would receive of his remains.
The fierce look on her face led me to believe she'd actually do just that if the law would let her.
