Our young people are being taught that speech is just as violent as a physical attack, and they have a right to "defend" themselves by any means, including a physical assault. This instance was quite mild, as all she did was steal the sign. Other free speech advocates have been punched in the face, kicked, bear sprayed, and hit with various objects that caused injuries.

They'll stand there just like she did here - aghast that someone would actually do something yet so flabbergasted that she was unable to react until they were gone.

I had a Ten Commandments sign in my front yard several years back. Wasn't up a week before someone drove up onto my front yard to run it down - leaving tire tracks in the soft grass. Can't tell how long I envisioned putting in a pivoting sign attached to a auger - if someone ran over the sign, it would pivot up and ram the auger up into the engine or oil pan. Decided against it because not only did I not have the money to implement my plan, but we were moving soon anyway...
