SCOTUS has injected itself into a lot of cases, the Warren Court being one of the most infamous. They injected themselves into a lot of cases: abortion, school prayer, Chevron, etc. - all of which have done tremendous harm to the notion of Federalism.

I wouldn't automatically assume the Supremes are being rulers...they do reject a lot of cases...they do not want to decide elections...well...not yet? I guess when everyone passes the buck eventually we get bullies who are happy to pick it up and be a bully. What a disservice to voters! Voters give over their power and the votees piss it away!

And you point out a real issue: that the Courts are being used to adjudicate every issue instead of having Congress do their jobs. SCOTUS has been far too taken with themselves in issuing edicts when their default answer should be to put the law in question on hold until Congress clarifies their intent. The Legislative Branch was always meant to be the most powerful of the three branches of government and unfortunately many in our Congress are too busy trying to get re-elected than to do the hard job of governance.

Every day Bribe'm remains in office, 10,000 military-age illegal aliens are crossing the border, nearly all males, who owe absolutely no allegiance to the US Constitution. Each one will show no mercy to any MAGA forces, knowing their deportation, even criminal prosecution, is in play. Each one will make a determined soldier in Bribe'm's "anti-insurrection" army.

I suggest you "reevaluate" monthly--even daily--starting now. My guess is there isn't a lot of time left to set this scenario in motion--unless Dem leadership has a foolproof plan for rigging the coming election so they can't lose. In the mind of each committed Dem, a loss to Trump in November is an existential (and I do mean life-or-death) threat.

I expect the news will report there's suspicion of impending violence around the Capitol and the fences will return before the election. If anyone protests that's a hot spot that could be used for another false flag. People in large groups protesting is a great way to start violence.

If we believe the government would blow up the twin towers to start a war, killing 3000 innocent people, what else would they do? Put some people into a crowd to get two sides which are fighting each other to cross over into violence? When the libs amass at their protests, if MAGA makes a response, be sure the government will throw bombs and rocks to start a little war.

If it goes to mass violence the courts will not matter. Once people are rioting without end and there's a heavy handed government trying to crush the riots, what will the Justices do?

That would be an interesting take, but the Courts will intervene and the matter wouldn't be resolved until after the next Presidential election, which is far more important IMHO. The big legal question revolves around the fact that 1) these aren't legal citizens and 2) the Federal government's policies are the entire reason for them being present in the first place.

And you can bet that it would cause a Civil War if Biden were to attempt to enforce anything on Texas. And you can bet that the US Military wouldn't carry out Biden's orders.

I think the left just doesnt cosider RESULTS, only ideology. But, we all live with RESULTS in the end, NOT ideology.

What the left does not consider is the willingness of the people to continue to slave for the government. I think tax revenue would dry up, and a lot of people would revert to prepping apart from help from the government, and apart from paying taxes.

If there was a true armed insurrection by 33% of the population, (~ 100,000,000 people) no amount of local, state or military police will have a snowball's chance in hell of stopping it.
Remember, during to first revolution, 33% of the population was for the crown, 33% was against it, and the remaining 33% simply either didn't care, or had a farm to run.
Out of the 33% of patriots, only 3% did the actual fighting, or 1% of the entire population.
Today the would be about 3.5 million people, or 3 times as many local, state and federal police combined.
Also remember the British were far better armed, trained, fed and housed. They had every possible advantage, yet they still got their asses kicked.
People here say our situation looks like 1930's Germany.

Have to +1 your thinking, but I think the scenario is possible but not likely at this time (re-evaluate "this time" annually). The last thing most illegals would want is a hot war as it would destroy everything they came here to get or avoid at home. Even the drug and human trafficking cartels wouldn't want a hot war because it would be so bad for business - not to mention the heavily armed MAGA force will be executing every cartel creep it can capture (Jail time? What jail time?).
