As a "strategic" thinker, let me put on my "Chess" hat for a minute and also let's give the military the benefit of the doubt for a minute.

Supposing someone say back in the 1980's who was pretty smart, and having just gone through Jimmy Carters mess with Iran and the Ayatollah's, were asked to look 40 years down the road at where the biggest potential hotbed and threat to the Western Way of life would come from?


Supposing they recognized that the middle east has been killing and fighting each other and everyone else for thousands of years to try and setup their new Islamic Empire.

Supposing they recognized that as technology and communication got better, and Moore's law was known back then that these lunatics would have an easier time recruiting and getting their radical messages out globally.

Now what area in the this country would provide a similar climate and topology, along with "urban" areas to get used to fighting in, "assuming" of course your planning on potentially having to spend a lot of time and resources to stop this future threat?

Seems the South West of this country would be pretty ideal to train and become prepared to deal with sand people.

Just a different perspective to think about.

Or it could just be the Liberal Democrats getting ready to gun grab and enslave "We the People..."

I'm a bit late on this, but here's my take:

During my 20 years+ in the USAF, I never participated in an exercise that lasted 2 straight months, 24 hours a day. 2-3 weeks at most.

This type of exercise tells me, that they are ensuring both teams (working 12-hour shifts, Team A and B) are fully experienced for daytime ops and night time, running various scenarios based on some contractor who's doing the scripting.

BTW, my claim that a contractor may be involved behind the scenes is not conjecture: I have seen contractors (no, I won't mention names) brief folks on what they scripted for that night's shift or day.

I also believe this is all in preparation for next year's general election. I find all this to be very troublesome: the dots have been slowly showing up, but I don't see anyone making the connection between them & drawing logical conclusions. Perhaps that should be my next post?

I don't. At the very least we need to ask the question, "Just how far can obummer stretch his authority before they'll tell him no? Will they round up every conservative and libertarian in a whole state if he tells them to?" The oath, of course, puts the Constitution first and orders second, but I've been hearing from multiple sources that obummer's purge of the officer corps is aimed directly at people who take the oath seriously. I would be surprised if the Oath Keepers are not target #1, or if their membership list isn't already known to the enemy.

Tentatively I think he's on our side. Or at least hedging his bets in case Jones is right.

The only reason the Oath Keepers at the Bundy ranch were not massacred is that when the feds asked for backup, the governor of Nevada told them, "You made your bed -- now lie in it." I don't trust the governor of California to do that when our turn comes around.

If I'm anywhere near an event like that, it will be with a camera, not a weapon. The false-flag op will take place, but if we can prove it on them, we can still win.

They've been given a script that doesn't answer all the questions and instructed to strictly stick to that script.

411 is slang, code, an acronym for information... the lowdown. Jade Helm is the military exercise either going on or planned that resembles control of civilian uprisings. Google "Jade Helm' and you will find many entries.

Different and yet still a military type of structure and if you trust the Government all is good.

I freely admit that I have less than 0 trust in the Government.

I agree with xthinker and mindskater: If you want a Middle Eastern environment where people are not actually shooting at you, the areas on the map are a pretty good choice.

I think this is a military exercise and the only thing strange and new about it is that the reaction of the civilians shows that the gulf in trust between 'people' and 'people in uniform' (military; police) has grown large.

I bicycled all over West Texas and worked in Egypt, traveled in Jordan and Israel; the environment is pretty similar: hot, dry, sandy, sparse trees and nothing for miles.
Training there is training for Middle-East warfare, again. Training for fighting radical Texans? They should be training in bar situations. There are a lot better, realistic conspiracies out there to be paranoid about.

When I agree. Most of the time I agree with people I agree with and only disagree if I am not saying the same thing someone else has said. :)
