O'Really is claiming that the illegal alien invasion wasn't the issue that beat Cantor; it was class warfare. Because his campaign spent $170k eating at steakhouses, while Brat's campaign spent $200k total, that's evidence, to O'Really, that the people of his district saw him living large (and apparently got jealous...)
I still can't figure out how that progressive blowhard stays #1 in his timeslot.
With only a few exceptions, the only thing that can be found inside that ring of snarled traffic that represents the true American spirit are the monuments to this nations founding or the documents stored in the museums there.
It is absolutely pathetic that none of the members of the congress have congratulated Brat on his well deserved victory... as of this writing
Cheers
Yes. Remove the freebies and you strike at the root of the problem.

Have a great day!
O.A.
Brat's platform:
That the free enterprise system is the most productive supplier of human needs and economic justice,
That all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice, and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society,
That fiscal responsibility and budgetary restraints must be exercised at all levels of government,
That the Federal Government must preserve individual liberty by observing Constitutional limitations,
That peace is best preserved through a strong national defense,
That faith in God, as recognized by our Founding Fathers is essential to the moral fiber of the Nation.
Cheers from a fellow Coloradan

I Think a write in campaign should commence for Kentucky Senate Race and Ohio 8th! :D
I have no problem with immigration. My question is when did the rights of illegal foreign immigrants become more important than the rights of US citizens? I think we should close the border until our citizens are made whole from the second great depression. Then if tight labor markets slow our growth, then look at immigration. To stand and say immigration will grow the economy literally is a "rich get richer" solution. The rich will get richer with domestic labor too, but the whole population gains when the participation rate improves.
So, basically the new guy said free markets are a good thing and what about us first...and won by a landslide. That could be a recipe for this fall. Even guys like Lindsey Graham could carry that message for a while, if it meant they would win. Of course the difference is we're looking for someone that will stay with that message.
