    So me dino respects Judge Jeanie's opening show comments while you evidently do not.
    That's okay. It's still a free country despite the schemes of the "entitled elite."

    If the Divider-In-Chief lefts the evil hag off, he will be already be deserving of a lousy legacy anyway.
    I'd nominate Cassandra Peterson AKA Elvira to run his memorial library.
    She's likely an Obama voter so I doubt it would hurt her feelings.

    my guess is Obama will pardon her the day before he leaves office, just to spite Trump. The risk to Obama is that his legacy will include letting someone off the hook that more than half the country believes is guilty

    I was around when Ford pardoned Nixon for anything related to his terms as President. He was never impeached or even charged as I remember. So, I think Obama could pardon the crooked evil witch in advance for anything relating to her term as secretary of state

    Judge J. a rabid Trump supporter, is absolutely correct about the loser's hypocrisy. There are many examples of her railing against his comment that he'll make that judgment call post election. But this sort of thing is to be expected from a scurrilous, harridan to whom no depths are too low for her to stoop.

    My grown son has opined that Obama while in office cannot pardon anyone who is not convicted of anything.
    Some Gulchers have opined that also means not being charged or even investigated.
    Me dino just flat does not know.
    Trump has said he is someone who, quite unlike Obama, will not let his enemy know what he is going to do until he does it.
    I do know he told the evil hag she would be in jail during a debate but a debate is about bagging votes.
    Hopefully, term2, Trump is now playing at being the magnanimous Mr. Nice Guy for the reason you state.

    I think Trump is waiting until jan 21 2017 to go after her. If he says now he will investigate further, Obama will issue a pardon and she will be off the hook.

    Word is he is quietly suggesting to foreign heads-of-state that the Clinton Foundation, plus some of their own officials, might have broken their own laws, and they ought to do the obvious thing: investigate on their own terms.

    Of course we don't know whether Hillary really did throw every loose object, light and heavy, or merely sunk into a blue funk and just told John Podesta to send everybody home.

    That said, of course this is hypocritical. She said she was conceding the election, and now she reneges on that.

    Hopefully her latest antics will inspire Trump to stop playing Mr. Nice Guy and seek justice against the evil hag's illegal handling of classified email, lying about it and destruction of evidence as well as what really amounts to a bribe-taking Clinton Crime Cartel.
