Free State... well, there IS some debate on this one since the Obamaist Manifesto, but as it's Texas... and I can come and go as I please as a resident... Check.

People keeping and bearing arms, as is their right... Check.

Yes, and this is the VERY definition of INSURRECTION. These guys are playing into the hands of PRESIDENT Barack Hussein Obama, who is itching to break out the G W Bush PATRIOT ACT. He is the COMMANDER & CHIEF of the Armed Services. Is anyone foolish enough to believe our troops and rank hierarchy will not fire on civilian patriots? While I was too young to understand those events I am a history buff and have to agree. What we are seeing before us is a perfect storm deliberately created to foster the decline and destruction of the United States of America.

The only times I've seen in my life that were near this period for danger to the country was the Cuban Crisis, Nixon's presidency, and the student revolution of the late 60's and early 70's. But I almost think this period is worse.

$5Au has a bad feeling about this. Any kind of incident will likely be seized upon by Holder and his jackboots as an excuse to crack down on these militias in coordination with the lib media and Axelrod's political machine. If no such event occurs prior to the November elections, don't be surprised if one is "created" by lib sympathizers.

I'm generally an optimist who thinks things are going very well. There will be market fluctuations, disasters, and mass murderers. They've been with us since the beginning of time. We are in this amazing time when people can bypass intermediaries and build and belong to tribes of people with particular interests, sell items way way down the Long Tail, and we've reduced physical violence in all areas of life. We should have a plan for the next hiccup, so we don't wig out and give up more of our liberties b/c we're scared.

I agree, those that are paying attention will likely have a plan. I was speaking more to the tipping point. What is it going to be that pushes things beyond that point.

We should have plans for those things before they happen, so we don't go off and do something stupid in a panic.
